On the anniversary of the 5th annual Meeting Rooms of the Year competition, our Expo pavilion was awarded the most attractive working environment prize. World leader of commercial real estate services, CBRE, organized and hosted the competition. The event was first held in 2014. Since that time, over 400 companies have taken part and the panel of judges have chosen 174 finalists. The competition has grown to an international scale and, at present, it has been conducted in Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Romania, and Belgium. We acknowledge this award as evidence of our profound commitment and we are pleased that a modular building has established itself among other registered projects and succeeded in becoming more than merely a comparable method of adding on rooms for various purposes. Our pavilion is enriched with artworks by Lukáš Rittstein and Barbora Šlapetová; the EXPO pavilion that now serves as our headquarters would not be the same without them. The interior was created by OLGOJ CHORCHOJ studio. The pavilion was designed by the architecture firm, CHYBIK+KRISTOF. In the words of Mr. Krištof, “Modular construction confirms the fact that a modular building can not only change its location but also its architects”.
